I thought I needed to treat myself to something sugary sweet today, even though I had just come from the dentist. What I was craving were French MACAROONS! The yummy green tea and guava flavored ones from the Pacific Place Tea Garden at Ala Moana. While I was at the Dr.'s I phoned my assistant (the hubby) to pick up 10 macaroons for me. I was in a major crave mode. I didn't realize that they would total $18.32! But, they were worth every cent! Munch! I also tried their chocolate macaroons for the first time, they were too dee-lish! I snapped some photos as soon as I got home, even though I could barely see because my pupils were dilated. I went to the eye Dr.'s too! I'm wearing sunglasses right now as I'm typing this..haha!

  1. you are a great photographer. I want to eat all of them. I too, love packaging. So fun! I just spent the last year designing gift card packaging for Seastone.com. Take a look if you like.

I am in Holly's class also. Isn't it fun!

  6. Hey Jae! Makemake 'oe keia blog? Mahalo no! I was trying to recommend Brittany into enrolling at KCC and taking up Intro. to Photography. And I was totally bummed when I found out that they don't offer any photography courses on Kauai! Auwe no ho'i! How could they not? Kauai is the most beautiful place to practice photography! Man! So what I would recommend are magazines! I think first you have to know what you want your photos to look like as far as composition. Magazines have lots of ideas. I love home interior ones as well as the fashion mags too! I'll email you some titles. You have a good camera too! So let's put it to use!♥

Hi there! Photography and art featured on this blog, unless where noted, came from my camera and were made or styled by my hands. You may not use my photos for profit or on commercial websites, but we might be able to work something out with a dozen chocolate macarons, and a juicy deal. Do not remove my watermarks or copyright markings from my photos (please see previous sentence). I won't bite, well unless you infringe on my copyright. But really, send me an email, I'm pretty nice. The snail mail on my blog includes my mail or the work from other artists and pen friends. I do my best to give everyone credit. But, in the case where I have missed the proper credit please contact me to address it. If you would like to re-blog or pin any of my original works please be the awesome person that you are and give me a shout out a.k.a. proper credit, and link it back here. Speaking of links, I do on occasion link out to other sites, however I am not responsible for the content you find on those sites. Sometimes clicking on a link I’ve provided may be a link to a site that will give me a small commission if you buy something from them. Which means that I might get paid (hopefully not in gum) if you click on that link, whoo-hoo. Reason why I’m telling you is because I want to be honest with you and frankly, because it’s illegal not to. That said, I promise to use any affiliate commissions earned for good cause: like stationery hauls and lattes. Thank you kindly, Merissa
