Today: Macaron!



Wanted to share my last Caramel with Pink Hawaiian Sea Salt macaron with you all...but I had just gobbled it up to pieces. So ono! Well, maybe next time. Or you can head on over to Honolulu Coffee Company and pick up a dozen, because they're really that delicious! I can't stop eating them!

  1. mmm...macarons! i used to live two doors down from a french patisserie and that's where i first discovered these little pastel gems of love. my favourites are pistachio, rose, and peach...and vanilla...and lavender... <3

  4. Thanks Euphoria. You should try a French macaron someday. They are so delicate and a work of art in my eyes :) They have to have them in Argentina? I wonder all of the different flavors they would have in bakeries there...ooh!

  6. omg delicious! i am macaron obsessed right now. trying to learn how to make them for my wedding...i even started a journal to document the process. It is a tasty journey. Wish i was in Hawaii so i could try this one!

    Rhya, we're both macaron obsessed right now. Only thing is that I'm obsessed with eating them more than I am about making them :D I haven't started baking any like you. Go girl! I'd like to see your documentation someday.

  11. Aloha Marina, hope you get to try a really fine French macaron too! If ever in NYC, the famous French patisserie Laduree just opened a US location! I wish to visit someday! or you can enjoy a Hawaiian infused macaron from Hawaii's awesome Honolulu Coffee Company :)
