: If Only, France :

Today I will take you to my only connection to France, the things I own that are from Dior..hehe. I do wish I could say that I've been to France, but I have yet to travel the world. Longing to experience France has a good side I must say, it has my imagination bursting at the seams with whimsical dreams of what it would be like. Should I mention that in my dreams I am wearing Dior Haute Couture with a outrageous hat by Stephen Jones and nibbling on macaroons and espresso at a chic cafe while skimming the pages of French Vogue. For now, I'll have my outrageous French fantasy in my head, but if I were actually going, I'd probably be in all black: jeans, top, jacket, and oversized sunglasses and bag, toting my Canon camera and snapping photos of everything as if I were papparazzi.

Who knows, someday I will be blogging on my trip to France. My blog filled with pictures of the City of Lights. The train ride through the beautiful French countryside. And just maybe, a photo of something couture.

One of my favorite renditions of La Vie En Rose sung by Louis Armstrong:

  1. This post is sooooooooo femenine!!
You reminded me of my wedding with this song.My husband and I chose it to walk out of the church, it was sooo romantic ... and french.
I have my french fantasy too... and my italian one... and my english one... and greek one. I want to visit these four countries someday!!!
    Au revoir!

  2. Ah France must be on everyone's mind today.

I posted about Parisian posters (in general I post about Paris a lot, I have a little obsession)

Hi there! Photography and art featured on this blog, unless where noted, came from my camera and were made or styled by my hands. You may not use my photos for profit or on commercial websites, but we might be able to work something out with a dozen chocolate macarons, and a juicy deal. Do not remove my watermarks or copyright markings from my photos (please see previous sentence). I won't bite, well unless you infringe on my copyright. But really, send me an email, I'm pretty nice. The snail mail on my blog includes my mail or the work from other artists and pen friends. I do my best to give everyone credit. But, in the case where I have missed the proper credit please contact me to address it. If you would like to re-blog or pin any of my original works please be the awesome person that you are and give me a shout out a.k.a. proper credit, and link it back here. Speaking of links, I do on occasion link out to other sites, however I am not responsible for the content you find on those sites. Sometimes clicking on a link I’ve provided may be a link to a site that will give me a small commission if you buy something from them. Which means that I might get paid (hopefully not in gum) if you click on that link, whoo-hoo. Reason why I’m telling you is because I want to be honest with you and frankly, because it’s illegal not to. That said, I promise to use any affiliate commissions earned for good cause: like stationery hauls and lattes. Thank you kindly, Merissa
